Non-Negotiable Protocols
1. Deterministic Overrides
Our systems rely on strict database schemas. AI is used solely to interpret unstructured text into JSON arrays. It is never permitted to fabricate, calculate, or guess pricing or compliance data.
2. Air-Gapped Finances
Software does not touch money. All automations terminate by creating 'Draft' states within Zoho or Sage. Final execution requires human verification.
3. POPIA Operator Status
Data sovereignty is paramount. We operate strictly as the Operator; you remain the Responsible Party. Tenant data is siloed at the database row-level using Supabase RLS policies.
