Will AI send incorrect invoices to my clients?
No. This is physically impossible within our architecture. AI is used solely to parse text. The system terminates by creating a "Draft" invoice in Zoho/Sage. A human must manually click "Approve and Send". Financial automations are strictly air-gapped.
Are you POPIA compliant?
Yes. We act strictly as a POPIA Operator. Your data is housed in isolated PostgreSQL schemas via Supabase, ensuring row-level security. We do not own, sell, or cross-pollinate your client data.
How does the SANS 10147 HVAC system work?
We replace paper logbooks by tagging your plant rooms with secure QR codes. Technicians scan the code and input pressures/temperatures via a WhatsApp bot. This data is written to an immutable Supabase ledger, providing real-time compliance dashboards for facility managers.
What happens if the AI doesn't understand an order?
We enforce a strict 0.85 confidence threshold. If a WhatsApp message is ambiguous (e.g., "send me the usual"), the system automatically replies asking the customer for clarification, while flagging the interaction for human review in your dashboard.
